Rotary Radar is a community-focused application that helps local Rotary Clubs discover service opportunities in their area. The platform automatically scans public sources such as town meeting minutes, school newsletters, and local publications, then publishes a daily summary for community leaders to act on.
My Contribution:
I built the entire solution using Python automation and AWS S3 for static website hosting, with a daily cron job that scans sources and updates the public webpage automatically. This project powers the Gurnee Rotary Club’s outreach and showcases how simple tech can drive real-world community impact.

My Contribution:
As founder and principal engineer, I scope and deliver every engagement personally. That includes vulnerability management program design, VM3, our published maturity model (CC BY 4.0), secure SDLC and application security testing, compliance readiness, and agentic security tooling built with explicit containment boundaries, human intervention points, and append-only audit logging.
